A balanced nutrition program for reduction of weight “Lose Weight in a Week” has been developed for those who don't have time to look after themselves – don't have time to cook special dishes and to go in for sports, and for those who are not ready to keep to rigorous diets. As a rule, if weight is reduced quickly it is very soon restored.

The program “Lose Weight in a Week” is an optimal scheme for gradual weight reduction and it provides for the following:

  1. Reduction of caloric value of food up to 800 – 1000 kcal a day
  2. Split meals 4-5 times a day;
  3. Balanced ration;
  4. Restriction of fat consumption;
  5. Decrease of quantity of food consumed if used over a long period of time (a month)
  6. Reduction of weight depending on individual characteristics of an organism up to 2- 6 kg a month provided that the ration offered is kept to.

The program has been developed for a workweek and consists of 5 variants of every set. The ration includes soups, porridges, and drinks (compotes and kissels). The ration consisting of dishes of Russian, Italian, French, and Japanese cuisines allows combining the useful with the pleasant – to lose weight and to enjoy healthy and varied nutrition.

The program's efficacy has undergone a clinical approbation. The recommended diet is natural for the human organism and doesn't require considerable restrictions in nutrition. It guarantees weight loss due to reduction of caloric value of the diet. The result of application of these recommendations will be distinct in 1-2 weeks depending on individual characteristics of the organism. One may use these medicinal and preventive products as long as they wish. The products can be used for a long time as a complex or separately. In case of long-term use there is a decrease of quantity of food consumed due to a lower energy requirement that is connected with more economic functioning of the organism than before the Program.
